Cooking: Copper cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen stove tops and in the oven. Copper cookware will not work on induction cooktops.
Care: Hand wash using hot, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive materials to clean, and never use any cleaning agent with bleach. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Polishing: Copper will naturally patina over time, which gives it a beautiful, natural look. And you can always polish your copper to bring it back to its brilliant shine! Aside from traditional copper polishes, we recommend the natural method of using lemon juice and salt to polish your copper (just the exterior). Just rinse with fresh water afterward and towel dry.
