The Mayapo pillow takes on classic stripes with a cozier feel and the richness of wool. Named after the stunning beaches of Mayapo in La Guajira desert, these elegant pillows highlight the aquamarine beach, yellow sand, and sun-kissed landscapes.
In a special collaboration, Zuahaza partnered with a talented group of wool spinners, dyers, and weavers from the picturesque town of Sutatausa, Boyaca. Every step of their process takes place within their community, carrying on the pride of craftsmanship. Together, they developed a simple yet bold and colorful design, elevating the look of wide classic stripes, while supporting the tradition of wool weaving in this area.
